We had the pleasure of welcoming part of the OIV (International Organisation of Vine and Wine) delegation for a technical day focused on French oak. The program included a visit to the Cîteaux Forest with the ONF (National Forestry Office), a tour of the Cadus workshop to explore the wood transformation process, and a laser marking demonstration.
The day concluded with a tour and tasting at Maison Louis Jadot.
